TLC School Celebrates Learners’ Outstanding GCSE Artwork

TLC School is celebrating the creativity, dedication and artistic talent of its learners following the GCSE Art moderation visit on Tuesday 30th June.

As part of the GCSE assessment process, an external moderator from the examination board visited the school to review learners’ coursework and final pieces. The displayed artwork reflected the considerable time, creativity and commitment learners have invested throughout their Art studies.

Across a wide range of projects, learners demonstrated impressive technical skills, creativity and personal expression, producing work that showcased both their artistic development and individual talents. The exhibition highlighted the breadth and quality of artwork completed during the course and celebrated the dedication learners have shown in developing their creative abilities.

Alex Buck, Head of School at TLC School, said:

“We are incredibly proud of the outstanding artwork our learners have produced. Their creativity, perseverance and commitment have been evident throughout the GCSE Art course, and the quality of work on display reflects the time and effort they have invested. Art provides our learners with a valuable opportunity to express themselves, build confidence and develop important creative skills, and it has been wonderful to see their achievements recognised through the moderation process.”

The GCSE Art exhibition stands as a testament to the hard work of TLC School’s learners and the support of staff who have encouraged them to explore their creativity and reach their full artistic potential.
